Commodity Accounts definition

Commodity Accounts. Commodity Contracts”, “Deposit Accounts”, “Documents”, “Equipment”, “Fixtures”, “General Intangibles”, “Goods”, “Instruments”, “Inventory”, “Investment Property”, “Letter of Credit Rights”, “Letters of Credit”, “Money”, “Payment Intangibles”, “Proceeds”, “Securities”, “Securities Account”, “Security Entitlements”, “Supporting Obligations” and “Uncertificated Securities” as such terms are defined in the UCC.
Commodity Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9 of the UCC.
Commodity Accounts means all “commodity accounts” (as such term is defined in the UCC) of the Loan Parties.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in clause (a) through (n) above, the security interest created by this Security Agreement shall not extend to, and the term “Collateral” shall not include, any Excluded Property.
Commodity Accounts means those commodities accounts of each Grantor as described in Part IV of Schedule II hereto.
Commodity Accounts has the meaning given to such term in the UCC.
Commodity Accounts means all “commodity accounts” as such term is defined in the UCC as in effect on the date hereof in the State of New York.
