If the Seller agrees to repurchase the Commodities following an Exercise Notice, the Seller hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorises the Purchaser to set off the Option Price due from the Seller to the Purchaser against the Commodity Purchase Price due from the Purchaser to the Seller and if the Purchaser has paid the Commodity Purchase Price to the Seller, to debit the Option Price from the Settlement Account held with the Purchaser.
