Commodity customer means a person for which a commodity intermediary carries a commodity contract on its books.
Commodity contract means a commodity futures contract, an option on a commodity futures contract, a commodity option, or another contract if the contract or option is:
commodity derivatives means commodity derivatives as defined in Article 2(1)(30) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014;
Commodity Interests means commodity futures contracts, options on commodity futures contracts, and options on physical commodities traded on or subject to the rules of:
Commodity Agreements means, in respect of any Person, any forward contract, commodity swap agreement, commodity option agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement in respect of Hydrocarbons used, produced, processed or sold by such Person that are customary in the Oil and Gas Business and designed to protect such Person against fluctuation in Hydrocarbon prices.
Commodity Hedging Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any commodity purchase contract, commodity futures or forward contract, commodities option contract or other similar contract (including commodities derivative agreements or arrangements), to which such Person is a party or a beneficiary.
Commodity Agreement means any commodity futures contract, commodity swap, commodity option or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in the price of commodities or to otherwise manage commodity prices or the risk of fluctuations in commodity prices.
Commodity intermediary means a person that:
Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.
Commodities Accounts (i) shall mean all “commodity accounts” as defined in Article 9 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4 under the heading “Commodities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
Commodity option means an account, agreement, or contract giving a party to the account, agreement, or contract the right but not the obligation to purchase or sell one or more commodities or one or more commodity contracts, whether characterized as an option, privilege, indemnity, bid, offer, put, call, advance guaranty, decline guaranty or otherwise, but shall not include an option traded on a national securities exchange registered with the United States securities and exchange commission.
Commodity Hedging Agreement means any agreement with respect to a commodity swap or other agreement regarding the hedging of commodity purchase and sale exposure executed in connection with hedging the commodity purchase and sale exposure of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such commodity hedging agreement, all as amended, restated or otherwise modified.
Commodities means the Commodities , raw materials, machines, equipments and/or other materials that should be provided by the Supplier to the Buyer under the Contract.
Commodity Account is any “commodity account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
Bulk commodities means the following commodities, when shipped in rail tank cars, tanker trucks, trailers, other bulk wheeled conveyances, or pipelines:
Commodity means any material, article, supply, goods, or equipment.
Electric supplier means an entity or person certified by the Commission, including municipal corporations which choose to provide electricity outside their municipal limits (except to the extent provided prior to February 1, 1999), Broker, Marketer or other entity (including public utilities and their affiliates, e.g., Delmarva), that sells electricity to Retail Electric Customers, utilizing the Transmission and Distribution Facilities of an Electric Distribution Company.
Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.
TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.
Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;
Physical Commodities means any physical commodity with respect to which a Commodity Interest is traded on a market specified in the definition of Commodity Shares above.
Commodity Price Protection Agreement means, in respect of a Person, any forward contract, commodity swap agreement, commodity option agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in commodity prices.
Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.
Hedging Contracts means all Interest Rate Contracts, foreign exchange contracts, currency swap or option agreements, forward contracts, commodity swap, purchase or option agreements, other commodity price hedging arrangements, and all other similar agreements or arrangements designed to alter the risks of any Person arising from fluctuations in interest rates, currency values or commodity prices.
Commodity Account Control Agreement means a control agreement in a form that is reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent establishing the Collateral Agent’s Control with respect to any Commodity Account.
Top Suppliers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18.
