Commodity Swap Contracts definition

Commodity Swap Contracts has the meaning attributed thereto in Section 9.2(i);
Commodity Swap Contracts has the meaning attributed to it in Section 10.1(o).
Commodity Swap Contracts has the meaning set out in Section 12.2(i)(i).

Examples of Commodity Swap Contracts in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrower will not permit PROP to enter into any Commodity Swap Contracts.
