Use of Common Area Amenities is subject to the restrictions described in the RRG or in instructions provided at the community.
Landlord shall be responsible for snow and ice removal, landscaping, and groundskeeping for the Building, Common Area, Amenities Area, Temporary Parking Area and Structured Parking.
