Common Customers definition

Common Customers individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities aged 14 and up, who are receiving services through the Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES program and who choose to receive vocational rehabilitation pre- employment transition services and/or are determined eligible for VR employment services with the goal of obtaining competitive integrated employment or self-employment, including customized employment and supported employment.
Common Customers mean all existing and prospective commercial and executive customers of Embraer and its Affiliates, including commercial and non-commercial aircraft and aircraft operations (other than UAM).
Common Customers means, collectively, Joint Customers, New Joint Customers and any other Persons that become customers common to IDX and Allscripts for the IDX Practice Management Products and the Allscripts EMR Products, respectively, during the Common Customer Term.

  • Except as expressly provided in Paragraph 6(b) of this Agreement, above, Program Lender and FMC shall each have the non-exclusive right to solicit Common Customers for any products and services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Company is solely responsible, at its own expense, for its Connected Applications (including their operation and support) and its relationships and agreements with users (including Common Customers) regarding its Connected Applications.

  • household customer means a customer purchasing electricity for his own household consumption, excluding commercial or professional activities;

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Major Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 5.27.

  • Transmission Customer means any eligible customer, shipper or designated agent that can or does execute a transmission service agreement or can or does receive transmission service, including all persons who have pending requests for transmission service or for information regarding transmission.

  • Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or took specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(b) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.

  • Prospective Customer means any individual, corporation, trust or other business entity which has either (a) entered into a nondisclosure agreement with the Company or any Company subsidiary or affiliate or (b) has within the preceding 12 months received a currently pending and not rejected written proposal in reasonable detail from the Company or any of the Company’s subsidiary or affiliate.

  • Host Customer means the customer account directly connected to a Customer-Generator Facility or Community Energy Facility, or, for a stand-alone Community Energy Facility, the customer account as designated by the Subscribers who share the energy production of the Community Energy Facility.
