Common Grantor definition

Common Grantor means each Person that has or may from time to time hereafter execute and deliver both a First Lien Security Document and a Second Lien Security Document as a “grantor” or “pledgor” (or the equivalent thereof).

Related to Common Grantor

  • Grantor means each and all of the persons or entities granting a Security Interest in any Collateral for the Loan, including without limitation all Borrowers granting such a Security Interest.

  • Constituent Holder means any stockholder, collective investment fund included within a Qualifying Fund (as defined in paragraph (D) below) or beneficial holder whose stock ownership is counted for the purposes of qualifying as holding the Proxy Access Request Required Shares (as defined in paragraph (D) below) or qualifying as an Eligible Stockholder (as defined in paragraph (D) below);

  • Pledged Entity means an issuer of Pledged Shares or Pledged Indebtedness.

  • Pledged Equity Interest means an Equity Interest that is included in the Collateral at such time.

  • Interest Holder means any Person who holds an Interest, whether as a Member or as an unadmitted assignee of a Member.
