Common Line definition

Common Line means that portion of a line on Private Property that is owned by Hydro One and is used to serve more than one Customer;
Common Line means that certain wet header gas transmission line (beginning at the outlet side of the purchase meters used to measure the gas entering said line) and any extensions thereof jointly used by Buyer and Michigan Consolidated Gas Company.
Common Line means that portion of Carrier's pipeline system consisting of the main trunk line and related facilities, which receives Crude Petroleum from the Gathering Lines and terminates at the connection(s) with the downstream pipeline(s) and/or storage facility(ies).

Examples of Common Line in a sentence

  • For intrastate IntraLATA 800 Service, compensation for termination of such traffic will be at originating access rates, including the Carrier Common Line (CCL) charge where applicable.

  • For both intrastate and interstate IntraLATA 800 Service, compensation to either Party for origination of such traffic will be at originating access rates, including the Carrier Common Line (CCL) charge where applicable.

  • For QLSP End User Customer(s), Qwest will not charge to or collect from the IXC usage based end office and loop Switched Access charges (such as Switched Access Local Switching, End Office Shared Port, Tandem Transmission and Carrier Common Line) for InterLATA or IntraLATA Toll Calls originating or terminating from that QLSP End User Customer’s line to an IXC.

  • For terminating its toll traffic on the other company’s network, each party will pay BellSouth's current intrastate terminating switched access rate, inclusive of the Interconnection Charge and the Carrier Common Line rate elements of the switched access rate.

  • Compensation will be determined by multiplying a) the Terminating Company's Carrier Common Line rate, times b) the MOU.

  • For CLSP End User Customer(s), CenturyLink will not charge to or collect from the IXC usage based end office and loop Switched Access charges (such as Switched Access Local Switching, End Office Shared Port, Tandem Transmission and Carrier Common Line) for InterLATA or IntraLATA Toll Calls originating or terminating from that CLSP End User Customer’s line to an IXC.

  • Carrier Common Line Facilities means the facilities from the end user's premises to the End Office used to originate or terminate Transit Service Traffic and 800/888 Service Traffic.

  • In addition, the End User Common Line (EUCL) Charge from GTOC Tariff FCC No. 1 is applicable to Resold Services.

  • Message Telecommunications Service - Terminating to Carrier Carrier Common Line Carrier End Office Carrier Transport based on negotiated billing percentages (BIPs) II.

  • End User Common Line (EUCL) as defined in Schedule Cal.P.U.C. No. 175-T will be added to each Centrex Line.

Related to Common Line

  • On-line means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.

  • Main line means the pressurized pipeline that delivers water from the water source to the valve or outlet.
