  • Each Owner and its Permittees are hereby granted the nonexclusive right to use the Common Area, including the Common Parking Spaces, subject to such reasonable, nondiscriminatory rules and regulations for the use of such Common Areas as may be promulgated by the Managing Owner, from time to time, and subject to the requirements of the Master Development Agreement and Proffers.
