Common Per Share Stock Consideration definition

Common Per Share Stock Consideration means the number of Buyer Common Shares issuable in respect of the Common Per Share Consideration as set forth in the Closing Statement.
Common Per Share Stock Consideration means a number of shares of Inovio Common Stock equal to the Merger Exchange Ratio.

Common Per Share Stock Consideration means (i) the Stock Consideration divided by (ii) (A) the Fully-Diluted Company Common Stock less (B) Total Vested Options.
