Common Stock certificates definition

Common Stock certificates means Common Stock certificates to be purchased pursuant to the respective Advance Notice pursuant to the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement.
Common Stock certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Common Stock certificates means certificates representing shares of the Common Stock.

  • The Company will itself or cause the Company’s transfer agent to transmit the Company's Common Stock certificates representing the Conversion Shares issuable upon conversion of this Note to the Subscriber via express courier for receipt by such Subscriber on or before the Delivery Date (as defined above).
