Common Stock Interest definition

Common Stock Interest means any Interest from or under the Common Stock.
Common Stock Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).

Common Stock Interest means the rights of a holder and owner of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock.
Common Stock Interest means any equity interest in the Debtor represented by shares of Old Common Stock and any rights or options to buy any Old Common Stock and any claim against the Debtor arising from rescission of a purchase or sale of a security of the Debtor or of an affiliate of the Debtor, for damages arising from the purchase or sale of such a security, or for reimbursement or contribution allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim.
