COMMUNAL DINING ROOM definition

COMMUNAL DINING ROOM means an accessory use located in a guest house that provides meals to overnight guests of a guest house and may provide meals to non-overnight guests but is not a restaurant.

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.
