Communication from Issuer Clause Samples
The 'Communication from Issuer' clause defines the requirements and procedures for how the issuer of a document, security, or contract must provide information or notifications to relevant parties. Typically, this clause outlines acceptable methods of communication—such as email, postal mail, or electronic platforms—and may specify timelines or conditions under which notices are considered effective. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties receive timely and reliable information from the issuer, thereby reducing misunderstandings and supporting compliance with contractual obligations.
Communication from Issuer. Unless otherwise provided herein, any order, certificate, notice, request, direction or other communication from Issuer made or given by it under any provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed sufficient if signed by an Authorized Officer of Issuer.
