The Executive Director shall prepare summary minutes of each meeting of a Community Advisory Group, ensuring protection of sensitive operational information of the Agency and its Principals as well as the privacy of persons served by the Agency and Community Advisory Group members.
Meeting agendas shall include, as needed, reports from or on behalf of the Operations Board and the Community Advisory Group.
