Community Amenities definition

Community Amenities means certain real property and improvements located within the Community and other adjacent properties for the recreation of Unit Owners in the Community and other properties.
Community Amenities spaces means the areas set apart in a layout for a shopping area, post office, bank, fair price shop, milk booth, school, dispensary, a nursing home, child care centre, library, community hall, kalyan mandapam, police station, local office of the Electricity board, water works, local body and such other amenity as specified by the HADA.
Community Amenities means any combination of interior and exterior spaces created to provide for both active and passive recreational/social activity space for the residents and their guests. Samples of amenities include, but not are not limited to pools, spas, tot lots, outdoor exercise equipment, sports courts, barbeques, gazeboes, outdoor seating areas, workout rooms, clubhouse, meeting room, business centers.

Community Amenities, if constructed, shall be part of the Common Facilities, to be owned, operated and maintained by the Association, the costs of which shall be General Common Expenses.
