Community Common Stock definition

Community Common Stock or “Community Shares” shall mean the $1.00 par value per share common stock of Community.
Community Common Stock means the common stock, no par value per share, of Community.

  • No certificates representing fractional shares of First Community Common Stock shall be issued upon the surrender for exchange of Certificates representing Shares, and such fractional share interests will not entitle the owner thereof to any dividends or any other rights of a stockholder of First Community.

  • At and after the Effective Time, each share of Community Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall remain an issued and outstanding share of Community Common Stock and shall not be affected by the Merger.

  • Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;
