Community Connect definition

Community Connect means a patient and process management system for the purpose of supporting the delivery of services/care within and across Community Healthcare settings;
Community Connect means the version of RM’s Community
Community Connect means Community Connect, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that is an affiliate of the Company.
