Community Content definition

Community Content has the meaning given in Section 4.4.
Community Content. All content, including without limitation, language, data, information, and images, provided through or disclosed by use of the SIA Community, whether by us, our customers, or other users of the SIA Community. Community Content does not include Your Content.
Community Content means all content, including without limitation, language, data, information, and images, provided through or disclosed by use of the Nasuni Community Portal, whether by us, our customers, or other users of the Nasuni Community Portal. Community Content does not include Your Content.

Examples of Community Content in a sentence

  • Smartsheet disclaims all liability arising from the Community Content and use of the Community Features, including exposure to content that is potentially offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • In the event that the transaction shall fail to close by the 90th day after the date of the Selling Investors' acceptance of the Offer to Buy, the Selling Investors shall be free to sell the Investor Offered Shares to any third party without complying with the provisions of this Section 5.
