Community health accreditations program (CHAP)" is an organization that evaluates and accredits home health agencies. For the purpose of providing services to ODJFS-administered waiver consumers, CHAP-accredited agencies are "otherwise accredited agencies" that may provide the same ODJFS-administered waiver services that JCAHO-accredited agencies provide.
