Community Membership means the non-equity membership in the Club acquired by the Association from the Club pursuant to the Club Membership Agreement and the Club Membership Plan, which includes Sub-Membership Rights for every Owner and member of the Association. The Community Membership shall provide, at a minimum, non-exclusive license rights for every Owner and member of the Association equivalent to the level of an Invitational Membership as set forth in the Club Plan from time to time, together with such additional non-exclusive license rights as may be granted by Club Owner from time to time. The Community Membership does not provide the Association or any member of the Association with an equity or ownership interest in the Club, the Club Property or the Club Owner, or any rights with respect to the management and operation of the Club.
