Community Programs definition

Community Programs means any community-oriented programs and services that are not included in the Recreation Services or the Arts Services, and that are or may be offered by a Service Provider through any Facility, and are not funded through Commission joint funding but rather are funded by the Facility Owner or by way of other funding sources;
Community Programs means those services and sanctions operated or administered by OYA and provided to delinquent youth outside the Close Custody Facilities. These include, but are not limited to, residential youth programs, certified family resources, individualized services, and other programs developed in accordance with the Service Plan.
Community Programs means activities of an on-going nature which are open to the public and provided free of an admission charge, such as weekly farmer’s markets and park performing arts series.
