community resource centre definition
community resource centre means a residential or non-residential facility designated under section 19 that provides services to individuals under community supervision and inmates in a setting away from a correctional institution, regardless of whether it is operated or maintained by the Minister or by a contractor; (“centre de ressources communautaires”)
community resource centre means an office or offices, meeting room, assembly area, or similar facility for the use of a not-for-profit organization or organizations. The use of the facility by the organization or organizations may include, but not be limited to, the daily operations of the organization, periodic meetings by the organization or other group, provision of a service, and the delivery of resource information to the community at large.
