Although similar to a neighborhood center (as defined below), a community shopping center offers a wider range of apparel and other soft goods than a neighborhood center. Community centers range from 125,000 to 400,000 sq. ft. in GLA and are usually configured in a straight line as a strip and are commonly anchored by discount stores, supermarkets, drugstores and large specialty discount stores;
