Community street definition

Community street means a street designed to serve and connect to work, regional shopping, downtown, office, and civic destinations that are accessed by people coming from throughout Concord; medium to high volume of traffic with slow to moderate speeds; extensive vehicle and transit use, as well as extensive bicycle and pedestrian uses. The term “community street” is defined in the City of Concord General Plan, Chapter 5 Transportation.
