Community Workforce Coordinator means a person selected from staff which shall assist in monitoring compliance with this Agreement.
Community Workforce Coordinator means the Santa Xxxxx County Trades Orientation Program, or another entity as determined by mutual written agreement between the Building Trades Council and the City. The Community Workforce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of Targeted Workers who are available for work and their current contact information, and will provide this list to any of the Parties upon request.

  • Any Union in disagreement with the proposed assignment shall notify the Contractor of its position in writing, with a copy to Community Workforce Coordinator, within seven (7) calendar days thereafter.

  • Within seven (7) calendar days after the period allowed for Union notices of disagreement with the Contractor’s proposed assignments, but prior to the commencement of any work, the Contractor shall make final assignments in writing with copies to the Council and to the Community Workforce Coordinator.

The Council or Union, as appropriate, shall be advised in a timely manner with regard to the facts and resolution, if any, of any complaint.

  • The Unions agree that this Agreement does not have the effect of creating any joint employment status between or among the City or Community Workforce Coordinator and/or any Contractor.

  • The Council, the Community Workforce Coordinator, and the City shall be advised in advance of all such conferences and may participate if they wish.

  • Further, upon timely notification by a Union to the Community Workforce Coordinator, the Community Workforce Coordinator shall work with any prime Contractor or subcontractor who is delinquent in payments to assure that proper benefit contributions are made, to the extent of requesting the City or the prime Contractor to withhold payments otherwise due such Contractor, until such contributions have been made or otherwise guaranteed.

  • The City shall encourage such utilization, and, both as to apprentices and the overall supply of experienced workers, the Community Workforce Coordinator will work with the Council to assure appropriate and maximum utilization of apprentices and the continuing availability of both apprentices and journey persons.

  • It shall be the responsibility of both the Council and the Community Workforce Coordinator (on behalf of the City) to investigate or monitor compliance with these various laws and regulations and any suspected non-compliance observes by the Council shall be immediately reported to the Community Workforce Coordinator.

  • The Council may recommend to the Community Workforce Coordinator and/or the City procedures to encourage and enforce compliance with these laws and regulations.


More Definitions of Community Workforce Coordinator

Community Workforce Coordinator means the person(s) or business entity(ies) designated by the District to manage, coordinate and administer the implementation of this Agreement.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Services Coordinator means an employee of the community developmental disability program or other agency that contracts with the county or Division, who is selected to plan, procure, coordinate, monitor Individual Support Plan services, and to act as a proponent for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Care Coordinator means the professional who assists members in care coordination as described in paragraph 78.53(1)“b.”

  • Reliability Coordinator or “RC” shall mean the entity that is the highest level of authority who is responsible for the reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System, has the wide area view of the Bulk Electric System, and has the operating tools, processes and procedures, including the authority to prevent or mitigate emergency operating situations in both next day analysis and real-time operations. The Reliability Coordinator has the purview that is broad enough to enable the calculation of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits, which may be based on the operating parameters of transmission systems beyond any Transmission Operator’s vision.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator,” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Title IX Coordinator means an employee of the school district that coordinates the school district’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • District coordinator means the state police emergency management division district coordinator.

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, Inc., in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.

  • Care coordination means a process-oriented activity to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration to meet multiple needs. Care coordination includes facilitating communication between the family, natural supports, community resources, and involved providers and agencies; organizing, facilitating and participating in team meetings; and providing for continuity of care by creating linkages to and managing transitions between levels of care and transitions for young adults in transition to adult services.

  • Reliability Coordinator Area means that portion of the Bulk Electric System under the purview of the Reliability Coordinator.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e)(v).
