Compact Records definition

Compact Records has the meaning provided in Section 3.7(a).
Compact Records means accounting books, records, documents and other evidence relating to the Compact adequate to show to MCC’s satisfaction the use of all MCC Funding in accordance with Section 3.7 of the Compact.
Compact Records shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A of the Compact. “Compact Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A of the Compact. “Detailed Financial Plan” shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A of the Compact.
