Company Affiliate definition

Company Affiliate means any entity controlled by, in control of, or under common control with, the Company.
Company Affiliate means any Person that is (or at any relevant time was) under common control with the Company within the meaning of Sections 414(b), (c), (m) and (o) of the Code, and the regulations issued thereunder.
Company Affiliate means the Company’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or their respective successors (collectively, the "Company Affiliates" and each a “Company Affiliate”).

More Definitions of Company Affiliate

Company Affiliate means any Person under common control with any of the Acquired Corporations within the meaning of Section 414(b), Section 414(c), Section 414(m) or Section 414(o) of the Code, and the regulations issued thereunder.
Company Affiliate has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13.

Company Affiliate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Company Affiliate means PSI and each corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association or business entity of which a majority of the ownership interest thereof is at the time owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by PSI or one or more Subsidiaries of PSI or a combination thereof.

(“DEP”), (x) the respective subsidiaries or affiliates of any of the foregoing entities, (xi) any other entity (A) which is controlled, directly or indirectly, individually, collectively or in any combination, by the Company or any of the foregoing entities or (B) in which any of the Company or any of the foregoing entities has a direct or indirect ownership interest, (xii) any other entity (a) which is controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Estate of Dan L. Duncan, Deceased, his spouse, his descendants or any trusts for any of their respective benefit, individually, collectively or in any combination, or (b) in which any of them has a direct or indirect ownership interest and (xiii) any predecessors, subsidiaries, related entities, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, attorneys, employees, successors, or assigns of any of the foregoing.
