Company Aircraft definition

Company Aircraft refers to Company trunk aircraft that are not Feeder Aircraft. The term “Company Aircraft” also shall not include corporate jets used primarily for the transportation of the Company or Affiliate personnel and not freight. Company Aircraft shall include aircraft owned, leased, or otherwise operated by the Company.
Company Aircraft has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(a) hereof.
Company Aircraft has the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(a) of the Agreement.

Examples of Company Aircraft in a sentence

  • As of the date of this Agreement, each Company Aircraft’s structure, systems and components are functioning in all material respects in accordance with their intended use, except for Company Aircraft that are undergoing maintenance and temporarily deferred maintenance items that are permitted by the Company Group’s maintenance programs.

  • All deferred maintenance items and temporary repairs with respect to each such Company Aircraft, as of the date of this Agreement, have been or will be made in all material respects in accordance with the Company Group’s maintenance programs.

Related to Company Aircraft

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;
