Company Core Systems definition
Company Core Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(a).
Examples of Company Core Systems in a sentence
Company shall maintain all hardware, software, licenses, systems-related infrastructure, and personnel necessary to use the Company Core Systems to service the Program following the Closing Date in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement (including all Service Level Standards) and Applicable Law and Network Rules.
The parties shall maintain such systems interfaces so that the operations of Company Core Systems are no less functional than prior to the Effective Date.
