Company EBITDAX definition
Company EBITDAX means net income (loss) before income taxes, net interest expense, depreciation, depletion, amortization and accretion, impairments, exploration expenditures and dry hole costs, loss on abandonment activities, amortization of weather derivative premium, and gain on sale of assets, and further deducts the unrealized gain or loss on derivative instruments, calculated in accordance with past practice of the Company.
