Company Equity Interest definition

Company Equity Interest means Common Stock or any other equity securities of the Company, or securities exchangeable or exercisable for, or convertible into, such other equity securities of the Company. “control” (i) with respect to any Person, has the meaning ascribed to such term under Rule 12b-2 promulgated by the Commission under the Exchange Act, and (ii) with respect to any Interest, means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct, whether by agreement, contract, agency or otherwise, the voting rights or disposition of such Interest.
Company Equity Interest shall refer to all Equity Interest in the Company at the time outstanding.
Company Equity Interest means Common Stock or any other equity securities of the Company, or securities exchangeable or exercisable for, or convertible into, such other equity securities of the Company.
