Company events definition

Company events means activities of any type that are planned, budgeted, managed and executed in whole or in part by or on behalf of member companies to fulfil a legitimate, documented business need of the member company, including but not limited to a legitimate business need to interact with customers including HCPs and/or HCOs.
Company events means any or all of the following actions taken by the Company: (i) the Dispositions; and (ii) the Benefit Program Changes.

Examples of Company events in a sentence

  • LifeVantage Distributors may not produce for sale or distribution any recorded Company events or speeches without the prior written permission from LifeVantage.

  • Further, disruptive behavior at Company events will not be tolerated.

  • Market Partners may not produce for sale or distribution any recorded Company events and speeches without written permission from MONAT; nor may Market Partners reproduce for sale or for personal use any recording of Company-produced audio or video tape presentations.

  • Periodic or special communications meetings called by management for the purpose of communications of Company events, policies or plans.

  • Company events may include, but not be limited to, investor meetings, flagship store openings and special events, “draft days,” and franchise conferences.

  • There are no material breaches or defaults by the Company or the Subsidiaries under any of the Material Contracts or, to the Knowledge of the Company, events which with notice or the passage of time would constitute a material breach or default by the Company or the Subsidiaries, and neither the Company nor the Subsidiaries has received written notice of any such material breach or default from any other party under any of the Material Contracts.

  • Therefore, as a condition to receiving ongoing breakaway compensation on Executive Levels 3 through 6 in your Downline Organization, and recognition as a Ruby-level or higher Distributor leader at Company events, you may not be engaged in any Business Development Activity for any other Direct Sales Company.

  • In accordance with the Primary Agreement, the Talent agrees that during the Term, he will make public appearances at the request of the Company, to include appearing at Company events and/or participating in photo shoots as requested by Company, not to exceed more than four such appearances or photo shoots per calendar year.

  • However, in certain circumstances, such as official Company events, use of alcohol at a Company facility may be permitted, but only with advance permission from management.

  • Coaches may not record any Company events or functions for any reason, whether such event is live, a webinar, via conference call, or delivered through any other medium (Company events or functions include: “OPTAVIA Convention,” “Sundance,” “International Leadership Advancement Trip,” etc.).
