To pre-screen applications and estimate rates and/or premiums in accordance with the Company Guidelines.

The Company Guidelines may be amended or new Company Guidelines may be adopted at the Company’s discretion without the need to amend this Agreement.
The Program, as more specifically described in the Company Guidelines and in Exhibit A of this Agreement, will be mutually exclusive, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
