Company LoC definition
Company LoC has the meaning given to that expression in Clause 27.4.
Company LoC means that certain Credit Agreement by and between the Company and W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. dated April 27, 2005, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
