Company Marks definition

Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.
Company Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.
Company Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

More Definitions of Company Marks

Company Marks means registered and material unregistered Marks owned by the Company or used or held for use by the Company in the Business.
Company Marks means those Trademarks of Company set forth on Exhibit B hereto and such other Trademarks (if any) as Company may from time to time notify InfoSpace in writing to be "Company Marks" within the meaning of this Agreement.
