Marks definition

Marks means trademarks, service marks, logos and design marks, trade dress, trade names, fictitious and other business names, and brand names, together with all goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.
Marks means any and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, taglines, company names, and logos, including unregistered and common-law rights in the foregoing, and rights under registrations of and applications to register the foregoing.
Marks has the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property Rights.

Examples of Marks in a sentence

  • Influencer agrees that any use of the Marks (i) will comply with the Brand Content Policy and Xxxxx’s trademark guidelines, which may be provided by Brand to Influencer from time to time, and (ii) will solely inure to the benefit of Brand.

  • Influencer agrees not to (A) attack the Marks or assist anyone in attacking the Marks, and (B) make any application to register the Marks or use any confusingly similar trademark, service mark, trade name, iconography, or derivation thereof including, but not limited to, the registration of any domain name including any of the Marks, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter.

  • If Brand requests that Influencer modify any use of the Marks or remove the Marks from any Influencer Content, Influencer will promptly (no more than one (1) business day) make such modifications or remove such Marks, as requested.

  • Influencer does not acquire any right, title or interest in the Marks or the goodwill associated therewith.

  • The Marks are proprietary and nothing in this Agreement constitutes the grant of a general license for their use.


More Definitions of Marks

Marks means trademarks, service marks and trade names as those terms are generally understood under applicable intellectual property laws and any other marks, names, words or expressions of a similar character.
Marks means the Brand and all other business names, copyrights, designs, distinguishing characteristics, domain names, emblems, insignia, logos, slogans, service marks, symbols, trademarks, trade dress and trade names (whether registered or unregistered) used in the System.
