Marks definition

Marks has the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property Rights.
Marks means trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, brands, corporate names, trade dress, domain names, social media user names, and other source identifiers or indicia of goods or services, whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration of the foregoing, and all issuances, extensions, and renewals of such registrations and applications, and all goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.
Marks means all United States and foreign trademarks, service marks, trade names, service names, brand names, trade dress rights, logos, Internet domain names and corporate names, together with the goodwill associated with any of the foregoing, and all applications, registrations and renewals thereof.

Examples of Marks in a sentence

  • From and after the Closing Date, neither Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates (including the Group Companies) shall challenge or assist any third party to challenge the validity, enforceability or ownership of any of the Seller Marks that were used by any of the Group Companies prior to the Closing.

  • All advertising, promotional materials (including all Web pages, packaging, and displays) and catalogs that include or refer to any of the Seller Marks in connection the Equipment, and all display and presentations that include the Seller Marks (all of the foregoing being hereinafter collectively referred to as “Promotional Materials”) is subject to Seller’s prior written approval.

More Definitions of Marks

Marks means trademarks, service marks and trade names as those terms are generally understood under applicable intellectual property laws and any other marks, names, words or expressions of a similar character.
Marks means the Brand and all other business names, copyrights, designs, distinguishing characteristics, domain names, emblems, insignia, logos, slogans, service marks, symbols, trademarks, trade dress and trade names (whether registered or unregistered) used in the System.
