Company Note has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of the Sale Agreement.

More Definitions of Company Note

Company Note means any subordinated promissory note issued by a Seller to an Originator under, or in connection with the transactions contemplated by, a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
