Examples of Company Performance Objectives in a sentence

  • The calculation as to whether the Company has met or exceeded the Company Performance Objectives shall be determined in accordance with this Agreement.

  • In order for Executive to receive a Cash Bonus, the Company must meet 70% achievement of the Company Performance Objectives.

  • Except as provided in Section 4 of this Agreement, RSU vesting shall be subject to the Company’s standard vesting restrictions applicable to such equity grants, and the Company must meet 70% achievement of the Company Performance Objectives as a condition of vesting.
