Company Performance Share means a right to receive a Share upon satisfaction of continued employment and predetermined performance conditions during the applicable vesting period granted by the Company pursuant to a Company Equity Plan. “Company Performance Shares” shall not include Company Restricted Shares.

Company Performance Share means the right to acquire any Share that is subject to performance-based conditions granted pursuant to any of the Company Equity Plans or otherwise.

Company Performance Share means a right to receive shares of Company Common Stock issued by the Company pursuant to the Company Equity Plans that vests in whole or in part upon the achievement of one or more performance goals (notwithstanding that the vesting of such unit may also be conditioned upon the continued services of the holder thereof).

Company Performance Share has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(a).

Company Performance Share means a restricted share of Company Common Stock, the vesting of which is conditioned in whole or in part on the satisfaction of performance criteria.
