Company Permit definition

Company Permit means any material license, certificate, authorization, approval, clearance, exemption, registration or permit issued by any Governmental Entity held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Permit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

Company Permit has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.9(b).
