Company Platforms definition

Company Platforms means, collectively, all digital platforms through which the Company and its Subsidiaries offer cloud and/or connectivity services to their customers, including without limitation the Company’s IoT cloud platform.
Company Platforms means any and all of the Software owned, purported to be owned, used or otherwise licensed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary in the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiary that is designed to enable or assist with (a) financial planning or asset management or (b) any research, analytics or data structuring or organization in any way related thereto, in each case, including all Copyrights, data, source code, object code, specifications and documentation related thereto, and Trade Secrets embodied therein or otherwise related thereto.
Company Platforms means, collectively, all digital platforms through which the Company and its Subsidiaries offer its digital solutions, including cloud services, automation, trust and safety, security, AI Data solutions, and front-end digital design and consulting.

Company Platforms means the websites currently accessible at the domain names registered by the Company.
