Company Platforms definition

Company Platforms means, collectively, all digital platforms through which the Company and its Subsidiaries offer cloud and/or connectivity services to their customers, including without limitation the Company’s IoT cloud platform.
Company Platforms means any and all RNAi or oligonucleotide technology platforms used or held for use by any of the Acquired Corporations, but excluding any RNAi or oligonucleotide therapeutic product that is developed using any such platform where such therapeutic product is designed to or intended to bind to and/or induce any inhibition, disruption or modulation of the expression of any mRNA target.
Company Platforms means the content platforms owned, operated, managed and/or programmed by any of the TU Entities on which Ads will be distributed pursuant to the Contract.

More Definitions of Company Platforms

Company Platforms means any and all of the Software owned, purported to be owned, used or otherwise licensed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary in the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiary that is designed to enable or assist with (a) financial planning or asset management or (b) any research, analytics or data structuring or organization in any way related thereto, in each case, including all Copyrights, data, source code, object code, specifications and documentation related thereto, and Trade Secrets embodied therein or otherwise related thereto.

Related to Company Platforms

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.
