Company PO definition

Company PO means a Company-generated purchase order for Software and/or Services, that (i) references the quote number and date of the applicable DeliverHealth Quote against which the purchase order is issued, or (ii) sets forth, in detail, the Software licenses and/or Services that Company seeks to purchase (including number of license units and license type), the price associated with each item, and includes a cross-reference to this Agreement.
Company PO means a Company generated purchase order for Software, Equipment and/or Services, that (i) incorporates by specific reference the quote number and date of the applicable Nuance Quote against which the purchase order is issued, or (ii) sets forth, in detail, the Software licenses, Equipment, and/or Services that Company seeks to purchase (including number of license units and license type), the price associated with each item, and includes a cross-reference to this Agreement.
