Company Processor definition

Company Processor shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.12.
Company Processor has the meaning given in paragraph 1 of Part 11 of Schedule 4;
Company Processor means any Person who Processes Personal Data on behalf of Company;

  • KP is not responsible for the actions of Processor, Company, or others with respect to the amount, accuracy, and timeliness of transmittals or authorization of entries received from (i) Processor or (ii) generated by KP at the direction of Company, Processor or their customers.

  • The Company, Processor, or ODFI reserves the right to dishonor a return received from an RDFI under the following conditions: (i) the return was untimely; (ii) the return contained incorrect information; (iii) the return was misrouted; (iv) the return was a duplicate; (v) the return resulted in an unintended credit to the Receiver during the reversal process.

  • The Company, Processor, or ODFI may initiate a reclamation entry or written demand for payment in accordance with the Rules under the following conditions: (i) the Receiver is deceased; and (ii) neither the Receiver’s estate nor any other account holder is entitled to the payment.

  • Lockbox Processor means Regulus Group II LLC, or its successors or assigns.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Subprocessors means third parties authorised under these Data Processing Terms to have logical access to and process Customer Personal Data in order to provide parts of the Processor Services and any related technical support.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.
