There are no outstanding or unresolved comments in comment letters from any Securities Authority with respect to any of document or instrument in the Company Public Record.
The Material Subsidiaries are the only material subsidiaries of the Company and all securities of such Material Subsidiaries held, directly or indirectly, by the Company and are held free and clear of all Encumbrances, except as disclosed in the Company Public Record.
The Financial Statements of the Company, copies of which are available in the Company Public Record, fairly present the consolidated financial position of the Company, as at such dates and the consolidated results of the operations and changes in financial position of the Company for such period, all in accordance with IFRS.
