Company Public Record means all information filed by or on behalf of Company since January 1, 2021 with the Securities Authorities, in compliance, or intended compliance, with any Applicable Canadian Securities Laws which is available for public viewing on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com under Company's profile;
Company Public Record means all information filed by or on behalf of CWC since January 1, 2023 with the Securities Authorities, in compliance, or intended compliance, with any Applicable Canadian Securities Laws which is available for public viewing on the SEDAR+ website at www.sedarplus.ca under CWC's profile;
Company Public Record means all documents publicly filed by or on behalf of the Company on SEDAR since December 31, 2021. “Company Shareholders” means the holders of the Common Shares.
