Company Public Record means all information filed by or on behalf of Company since January 1, 2021 with the Securities Authorities, in compliance, or intended compliance, with any Applicable Canadian Securities Laws which is available for public viewing on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com under Company's profile;
Company Public Record means all information filed by or on behalf of CWC since January 1, 2023 with the Securities Authorities, in compliance, or intended compliance, with any Applicable Canadian Securities Laws which is available for public viewing on the SEDAR+ website at www.sedarplus.ca under CWC's profile;
Company Public Record means all documents publicly filed by or on behalf of the Company on SEDAR since December 31, 2021.

More Definitions of Company Public Record

Company Public Record means all documents publicly filed under the profile of the Company on SEDAR. “Company Shareholders” means the registered or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.

Related to Company Public Record

  • Public record or "public records" shall mean all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records, artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions. Agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions shall mean and include every public office, public officer or official (State or local, elected or appointed), institution, board, commission, bureau, council, department, authority or other unit of government of the State or of any county, unit, special district or other political subdivision of government.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;

  • Public Reports includes all reports filed by Company under the Act or the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof, for the two full fiscal years preceding the Effective Date and thereafter.

  • Public organic record means a record that is available to the public for inspection and is:

  • Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).

  • confidential records means those portions of correspondence, memoranda, files, manuals, books, lists, financial, operating or marketing records, magnetic tape, or electronic or other media or equipment of any kind in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s control or accessible to Executive which contain any proprietary information. All confidential records shall be and remain the sole property of the Company during the Term and thereafter.

  • Public Rights-of-Way means the area on, below, or above a public roadway, highway, street, public sidewalk, alley, waterway, or utility easements dedicated for compatible uses.

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Disclosure Statement means the written disclosure statement that relates to this Plan, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3017, as such disclosure statement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Company SEC Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).
