Company Rates definition

Company Rates means the reasonable charging rates used by the Company in respect of its employees, as published by the Company and available on request. Critical Fault means the Product is not operational for business critical delivery.

Examples of Company Rates in a sentence

  • The quotation shall not be binding on the Company but shall constitute the best estimate of the Company as to the likely cost of the services required, and shall be based upon and show the relevant Company Rates.
