Company Rates definition

Company Rates means the reasonable charging rates used by Concerto in respect of its employees, as published by Concerto and available on request. Critical Fault means the Service is not operational for business critical delivery. Hotfix a small piece of code or workaround developed to correct a major software bug or fault and is released as quickly as possible.

Related to Company Rates

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Services;

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.
