Company Repayment Event definition

Company Repayment Event means any event or condition which gives the holder of any note, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness (or any person acting on such holder’s behalf) the right to require the repurchase, redemption or repayment prior to the stated maturity or date of mandatory redemption or repayment thereof of all or a portion of such indebtedness by the Company or its Subsidiaries.

  • Step Up Event means a failure to meet the Minimum Rating Requirement at any time, unless:

  • Change of Control Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2;

  • Potential Amortization Event means any occurrence or event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Amortization Event.
