Company Satellite definition

Company Satellite means a satellite owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as of the date of this Agreement.
Company Satellite means either of the two high power direct ----------------- broadcast satellites which Tempo has agreed to purchase from Loral pursuant to the Satellite Construction Agreement.
