Tenant may serve prepared food in the Company Store but shall not be permitted to ▇▇▇▇ any food in the Company Store and Tenant shall not permit any fumes or odors to emanate from the Company Store in any manner which may unreasonably disturb any other occupants of the Real Property.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord shall have the right to require that all food related appliances used by Tenant and approved by Landlord for the Company Store operation be vented using venting equipment reasonably approved by Landlord.
The Company and, to the knowledge of the Company, all other parties to the Company Store Leases have, in all material respects, duly and timely performed their obligations and are not in default under the Company Store Leases.
For purposes of this Agreement, the purchase of one or more items or other Authorized Goods and Services made by a Cardholder at one Company Store and at one time will be deemed to constitute a single Card Sale.
