Company Supplier definition

Company Supplier means each supplier or partner of the Company that supplied products, services or support (including with respect to the development, hosting or maintenance of the Company’s technology or web properties) and to whom the Company made payments in excess of $25,000 in the aggregate during any calendar year through December 31, 2019.

Examples of Company Supplier in a sentence

  • In the event of actual or suspected unauthorized disclosure of, access to, or other breach of the obligations set forth herein or in the Agreement with respect to Company Confidential Information, without limiting or waiving any other rights or remedies available to Company, Supplier shall promptly investigate the breach, perform a root cause analysis on the breach, inform Company of the root cause analysis and proposed remedial actions and schedule to prevent the same or similar breach.

  • If Customer is a Proprietary Limited Company, Supplier reserves the right to require a guarantee and indemnity (in a form and for an amount satisfactory to Supplier) from the directors of that Customer, such guarantee and indemnity to be current for the term of this agreement.

  • In addition, if requested by Company, Supplier shall ensure a drug test, at Supplier’s cost and expense, for all employees, agents, subcontractors or independent contractors and the employees, agents or representatives of subcontractors or independent contractors, that have electronic or physical access to work or Company site has been completed prior to assignment at Company.

  • If requested by Company, Supplier will sell to Company a replacement at the price set forth in Supplier's then current agreement with Company for said MATERIAL or, if no such agreement exists, at a price agreed upon by Supplier and Company.

  • If requested by Company, Supplier shall, within five (5) days of such request, provide adequate assurance that the delay will not exceed such period of time as Company deems appropriate.

  • In consideration of the execution of this Agreement by Company, Supplier hereby releases Company from all claims, demands, contracts and liabilities, if any, as of the date of execution of this Agreement, except indebtedness, which may be owing upon a written contract signed by Company.
